The terms below apply when you order stickers via Sticker Creator.

Seller

Products and ordering

Our stickers are made to order according to your instructions – they are printed and cut based on the design you create in the editor. A contract is formed when you complete your order and we confirm it. Please check your design carefully before ordering, as each product is made uniquely for you.

Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including 25% VAT. Pricing is per sticker with bulk discounts, and a minimum order applies. The total price is shown in the editor before you complete the purchase.

Payment

You can pay by card at checkout or choose to pay on collection in store. Card payments are handled by an external payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Delivery

We normally print in 2–3 working days. With shipping, add roughly 2–3 working days, and only working days count. Shipping within Sweden is free on the minimum order. You can also collect your order free of charge in Odenskog, Östersund.

Right of withdrawal

Because the stickers are custom-made to your own instructions and clearly personalised, they are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). This means a correctly produced order cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty – see Complaints below.

Complaints

If a product is faulty or damaged on delivery, contact us and we'll put it right. You have the right to complain about defects under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Get in touch as soon as you notice the fault, ideally with a photo, and we'll help you.

Disputes and governing law

Swedish law applies to the purchase. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. We follow ARN's recommendations.
