What data we collect

We process the data needed to make and deliver your order:

• Images and designs you upload and create in the editor.
• Contact and delivery details you provide when ordering: name, email address, phone number and any shipping address.
• Order details (product, size, quantity and amount).

Why, and on what legal basis

We use the data to fulfil the purchase agreement with you – to make, deliver and keep in touch about your order. The legal basis is performance of a contract. Certain data, such as accounting records, is processed to meet legal obligations.

How long we keep the data

We keep your order and related files for as long as needed to complete and support the order, for example if you want to reorder the same sticker. Accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires (normally seven years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act). You can always ask us to delete data we are not required to keep.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers needed to complete the purchase:

• A payment provider for card payments (handles the payment; we do not store your card details).
• A shipping carrier to deliver your order.
• Email and hosting providers we use to receive and process orders.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-friendly web analytics (Plausible) that sets no cookies and collects no personal data, and does not track you across sites. The analytics are anonymous and used only to understand how the site is used.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• request a copy of the data we hold about you,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have data erased when we no longer need it,
• object to or restrict certain processing,
• receive data you provided in a machine-readable format (data portability).
