- Does it work with a blurry or low-resolution photo?
- A sharp, well-lit photo always gives the best result, but most images work fine. You see a preview before ordering, and if a photo really isn’t good enough we’ll get in touch before printing.
- What sizes can I choose?
- From small 4×4 cm up to 20×20 cm as standard, and you can enter a custom size in the editor. The price updates live as you change size and quantity.
- How long does delivery take?
- We print and cut in Sweden. Orders are usually printed within 2–3 business days, and shipping after that normally takes 1–3 days. You can also choose to pick up in store at Profilverkstaden in Östersund.
- Where can I put the decal?
- On most smooth, clean surfaces — the car window, a window at home, your laptop, a water bottle or a box. The vinyl is durable and easy to apply; just pick a surface that’s dry and clean.
- Do I need to create an account?
- No. You design it yourself right in the browser in a few minutes — no emailing back and forth, no account. Upload, design, order.
- My dog is black — will it show on the decal?
- Yes. A well-lit photo where the fur is visible gives a clean outline even on dark dogs. You see the preview before ordering.
- Can I include the dog’s name?
- Absolutely — add text in the editor, pick a style and colour, and everything is cut as one connected decal.
